On March 1st Fabian Müller's debut album "Out of Doors" will be released. On this CD he selected a group of works that are inspired by scenes that take place in nature, in open air.
On January 31, 2015, Fabian Müller was awarded the first prize in the Frankfurt competition "Ton und Erklärung" (sound and explanation) announced by the Cultural Department of the German Economy (Deutsche Wirtschaft). In the final round he presented and performed the third piano concert by Beethoven with the orchester of the "Hessischer Rundfunk". The prize contains among others concerts at the
"Rheingau Musikfestival, Festspielhalle Baden-Baden" and the production of a CD with the "Hessischer Rundfunk".
The "International Holland Music Sessions" have chosen Fabian Müller for the concert series "New Masters on Tour". In January 2016 he will play in four concerts, among others in the "Concertgebouw" in Amsterdam and the Philharmonic in Bratislava.
The Education Project of the "Klavier-Festival Ruhr", where Fabian Müller took responsibility as festival pianist for the music (training and final concert), received the "Junger Ohren Preis 2014". The project , "Ein Jahr mit György Ligeti", made it possible for 165 primary pupils, handicapped pupils and secondary students to find an unusually intensive and creative access to the music of the important
Hungarian composer. In 2015 Fabian Müller is again responsible for the musical arrangement of this project, it is about Bela Batok.
On June 21, 2014, Fabian Müller asserted himself against a great number of competitors and was chosen by the "Werner Richard - Dr. Carl Dörken Stiftung" for the concert series " Best of NRW". At the end of the year 2015 he will perform recitals in 12 cities in Germany, one of these will be recorded by the WDR radio.
